'Cooling Off' Cancellation rights
You are entitled to a 14 day cooling off cancellation period from the time you receive your policy documents if the total duration of your cover, from policy issue date to cover end date, is 28 days or longer. Within this period you can cancel your policy without incurring an administration fee. We will refund your premium less a charge for the time you have been insured, unless your policy has been terminated following a claim, in which case no refund will be due.
