We, and your Insurers, are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, which may entitle you to compensation if we/they cannot meet our/their obligations.
We act on behalf of Insurers when negotiating and settling claims.
If when you receive your policy you find that the cover is not suitable for your needs, you can cancel within 14 days of receipt. We will refund your premium less a charge for the time you have been insured, unless cancellation follows a total loss claim, when no refund will be due. Cancellation after 14 days will incur an additional fee of £3.50.
