Principle Exclusions
General
The first £30 of each claim for Medical, Luggage and Money cover; liability for any business or professional activity; ballooning, deep sea diving, aviation other than as a fare paying passenger on a scheduled flight, gliding, hang gliding, microlight flying, motor rallying, parachuting, professional sports, racing of any kind other than on foot, ski-jumping, bobsleighing, ice hockey or any sport or pastime involving exceptional risk of accident.
Date Exclusion
Any loss, injury, damage, illness, death or legal liability directly or indirectly resulting from any mechanical, computerised or other system failing to recognise any calendar date correctly.
Luggage
Money (except for GROUP cover), cycles, motor vehicles and their accessories, contact lenses; theft from vehicles, unattended valuables unless secured.
Medical, Cancellation, Permanent Disablement
Any condition for which treatment has been received during previous 12 months; travelling against doctors advice; pregnancy and related conditions, where the perioid of insurance exceeds three months; medical expenses incurred in the insured person's country of permanent residence.
