Principle Exclusions
Standard cover - what's not covered
- Any incident outside of the UK
- Cost of Replacement parts
- Labour charges in excess of 1 hour
- Incidents occurring at home or within a mile of home
- This is not a mechanical breakdown warranty. Following the recovery of your vehicle to an Daai Approved Repairer, you are responsible for any repair costs
- Daai Roadside Recovery covers the vehicle, not the driver. We may be able to send a mechanic to help you if you are in another vehicle and are prepared to pay for the service
Gold cover - what's not covered
- Any claim made for breakdown whilst abroad, if you have purchased this insurance less than 10 days before your planned date of departure
- Loss of use of a vehicle hired to you
- Damage to paintwork or other cosmetic items
- Any claim resulting from alcoholism, drug addiction or solvent abuse, or as a result of being under the influence of drink or drugs
- Labour charges in excess of one hour in the UK
- Labour charges in excess of £100 abroad
- The cost of fuel and oil used in any replacement vehicle
- Cost of replacement parts
