If I have a bad back can I still get cover?

Permanent Health Insurance would allow you to be able to obtain such cover in these circumstances. However, you would have to declare this when taking out the cover this would likely mean that there would be an exclusion on your policy. This would mean that the provider of the insurance policy would probably not pay out on a claim if it is directly attributable to the existing back problem.
